Thanks to the loyalty of all our fantastic clients 2005 is shaping up to be one of our most exciting since we started a little over 8 years ago. Since then our clients have been calling and asking us if we could help them with a mortgage in Florida. Now the answer is yes! Thanks to our Florida company, Choice Mortgage of South Florida, Inc.
Having completed the Florida licensing process in October, we are now originating loans for properties anywhere in the state of Florida. We have all the same great programs and lenders plus a few new banks. These new lenders have also helped many of our New York clients and have added to the range of programs we can provide to you. With so many New Yorkers owning properties in Florida we thought we would bring the banks closer to you. If you are planning to buy or refinance a property in Florida give us a call.
Another new program we have available this year is access to our exclusive group of private mortgage lenders to provide solutions to a wide range of loan scenarios that institutional lenders simply can not offer. Borrowers might use these short–term loans for the purpose of “bridging” the purchase of a new home with the sale of their current residence. Home building and large scale home renovations are another common situation that can be made easier through the use of a private lender. Rates and costs are definitely higher but when a traditional lender cannot fit the bill it can be a welcome alternative.

We will have a whole new look and a host of great new features such as FAQ’s, e-mail/contact information for all of our staff, as well as, downloadable forms for your convenience. All of the great features we had before will still be there, especially the web’s best and most informative mortgage tool—Mortgage 101. Check it out. You won’t be disappointed.
The only sad part about 2005 is that our friend, mentor and colleague Christine Kennedy will not be here to be a part of it. Her passing this past October is a loss to us and all of the people she helped over her more than 25 years in the mortgage business. We wish her family only happiness in the years to come. Her daughter Tina Giordano will be able to help any of you who previously dealt with Chris.
As this new year begins we look forward to the great new things happening here at Choice Mortgage Corporation. But most importantly we want to wish all of you and your families, a very joyous, happy and healthy new year.
